I’ve been going to Lifeline Therapy in McMurray,Pa for over 2 years. First for Cardiac Rehab with Rachel and then Pulmonary Rehab with Becky….graduated both. Both were fantastic in guiding me! I’m now in the maintenance program on my own at Lifeline. Stefanie at the front desk is so on top of everything from scheduling to questions and just plain always very helpful! My sister Jaclyn, who is intellectually disabled, was provided with info regarding therapy at Lifeline Physical Therapy in McMurray. From our first phone contact to schedule an appointment to her "therapy graduation" everyone in the office was wonderful! Stephanie was wonderful in coordinating a schedule that accommodated our busy schedule. Goals were set and progress reportedly daily by staff. Rachel's bubbly personality made Jaclyn feel right at home for our visits. As she progressed to working with Becky, she was nervous but Becky made her feel comfortable. Everyone engaged her and encouraged her to work hard. They took a great deal of time making her feel comfortable and safe. There is a courtesy shuttle. Though we didn't use it I witnessed Ken, the driver, interacting with patients and he was so kind. Would highly recommend therapy with this office.

The first time I walked through the door I felt welcomed. Was nervous I never had therapy and didn't know what to expect. Jamie was very nice she listened to what brought me to therapy.
She was so easy to talk to. I felt I made the right decision to come to Lifeline for my therapy.
I feel the whole Lifeline family there are all very nice and are ready to help any way they can. Yes I would recommend the Forest Hills Physical Therapy Center for anyone who needs therapy. 😃

I haven’t been fortunate yet to have been treated by Lifeline. Every time I scheduled to see Kathleen at the Fowler Drive location, something came up. And I think they gave up on me. I couldn’t reschedule. And I do understand. I could go to a couple other places, but I wanted Kathleen. I was very impressed and encouraged by what I read about her.

My GP recently sent me to Lifeline for balance therapy. Having had referrals to other PT's in recent past, I didn't expect any results to speak of, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was courteous and attentive, and the therapy greatly improved my imbalance issues. Best of all, Rachel was able to diagnose my problem and manipulate the "rogue" crystals in my inner ear to greatly improve or perhaps solve my imbalance. I will be forever grateful and will follow up with Lifeline if I feel it is deteriorating again.

The rehab there saved me. I wouldn’t be walking or able to do steps without them. First I’d enter the receptionist, Denise was such a help with this 75 yr old computer stupid! Then I went to Emily, what a god send she was. She stayed on my butt and got me ready for Lauren. Lauren and her heavy duty machines, tredmill and what I called a skying machine. They built up my legs and both doctors Emily and Lauren built me up to walk today. They also encouraged me enough to continue. The absolute best therapists going are in Monroeville at your office there. And Dr Chris, I want to thank you for being smart enough to hire them.

This is the very best physical therapy office I have found in the whole Pittsburgh area. I tried several others that did not care enough, made a wrong approach to my knee issue, and did not provide the results I obtained at Lifeline. During my appointments I was always received warmly by all the staff, and my PT showed knowledge, experience, preparation, concern, patience, and compassion!! After 12 sessions I was a new person: from limping and taking pain meds daily, to walking without hesitation, fear, or pain (it’s been two months since my last visit). My balance and stability have improved significantly and I am now able to go downstairs and upstairs to-and-from my basement. I am also able to sit up easily from the floor after playing with my grandson and started to walk a little longer each day, and even dance for 30 minutes with no pain, soreness or fatigue. Thank you Rachael and everyone - Including Norma! I feel very happy to have found you!

I had been suffering from knee pain so I began PT at Lifeline after I attended one of their free seminars led by Dr. Matthew Varca. The physical therapy was helping but it wasn't until Dr. Matt introduced me to laser therapy that I really started to get relief. I've been having laser therapy sessions twice a week and I can't believe how pain free I am. I'd highly recommend trying it.

Huge shout out to Dr. Matt Varca and the entire staff at Lifeline PT- McMurray.

I had a very serious shoulder surgery in February 25. Matt pushed me just enough to have an opportunity for a full recovery. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Hopefully we don't need their services again, but will continue to recommend to any and all who are looking for suggestions.

Highly recommend Lifeline. Stephanie is so helpful with your appointments, billing and insurance questions and gets back to you quickly. Matt is awesome. So knowledgeable, friendly and so understanding. He takes his time to understand your needs and tailors his treatment plan to meet those needs. Knows when to push a little and when you might need a rest. Had so much knee pain when I started working with Matt it was painful to walk. Did 2xweek x 6 weeks. I am so much improved, and I have a great foundation on which to continue doing what's needed to improve. Just get there!

Lifeline Therapy is a very welcoming place, from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Highly recommend! I was very hesitant about going to physical therapy thinking it would not help. The McMurray office is great. Scheduling was easy since I got a follow up call right away. I was also able to get appointments that work for my schedule. Plus, Dr. Rachael is amazing! The intake process was thorough and I got updated exercises and printouts throughout the weeks. I feel much better and confident after my time here.

I'm leaving additional feedback since this is my second time back. I'd recommend this office because of their great customer service and treatment. The front desk is wonderful at scheduling and billing. Dr. Rachael was quick to make a treatment plan and I feel great working on my rehab here. She was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate about helping me regain my strength and mobility. Additionally, the staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere that made it easier to stay motivated throughout the treatment process.
