Assisted stretching (also called passive stretching) is a hands-on session where a clinician gently moves your joints and muscles through a safe range of motion to reduce stiffness, improve flexibility, and make daily movement feel easier.

What to expect

Pricing
$35 per 15 minutes. Add time in 15-minute blocks as needed.
