The position will be responsible for providing appropriate evidence based care and education to a pulmonary disease population, incorporating individualized interventions to meet the needs and goals of patients throughout the continuum of care. RRT will evaluate patient’s status through history taking, physical exam, exercise testing, and medical record review. In collaboration with other team members, RCP will utilize this data to develop an individualized treatment plan.
Experience or training in pulmonary rehabilitation, pulmonary disease education, and exercise prescription is preferred but not required. Work ethic, passion, compassion, and relationship building are of utmost importance.
