I can't praise this place highly enough. Shane and Candy (Shane a Dr) Candy , a Physical Therapist who helped me through a very difficult time. I could hardly walk after an operation on my leg ( I found out this is expected). They took me in on time, worked with me the entire time. They made therapy fun and EFFECTIVE. I walked out of there today , straight up, no pain in legs and NO CANE! They were such a pleasure to work with and they made me ALL BETTER.My biggest thanks to both of you! If you need physical therapy for anything, I highly recommend them!
Dr. Dugan goes above and beyond to help his patients. I can't recommend him and this place enough.
Shane Dugan. - Candi Burkett- Rachel LongI had a very good experience with them
I went to this facility following knee replacement surgery. Shane and Candy were great! They were always friendly and encouraging. I was never bored with the exercises because Shane was always coming up with something new. Shane and Candy care about the patient and listen to their concerns. I had the opportunity to observe them with various patients and they are always kind and show empathy.I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs therapy.
I've had physical therapy several times in my life, and Shane and Candy are the best. Located about 2 miles from my home, and parking is easy.
Great staff that were very friendly and helpful! The patient to therapist/assistant ratio was very low (generally 2 to 1 or lower) and it's very easy to always work with the same people for great continuity of care. I worked with Shane and the effort he put in was far above what I've seen at other places. He listened to me and developed a dynamic plan to actually fit my changing needs instead of giving me a "standard issue" exercise sheet like other therapists have done in the past. If I ever need therapy again they'll be my first choice.
Matt is a phenomenal therapist. What I like is that he sees me as a whole person not just a series of exercises to perform. He listens really well and he continues to give feedback needed to get the most out of the exercises. In a short time I have made amazing progress. I am looking forward to continuing therapy with him.
