Lifeline therapy in Monroeville Pa has an excellent staff. They are very patient oriented. I was extremely impressed with Dr Shelby H and the rest of the team. Shelby was very detailed in explaining the therapy plan and gave me a status report each session on where is was progressing and where she was adjusting to help me meet the goals discussed at first evaluation. The rest of the team works so smoothly together. They really care about their patients recovery and goals.

Thank you all, Emily, Lauren and Sienna for helping me get better. Lifeline is an awesome place and I will never forget how patient you were with me. I haven't felt this good in a long time. I started going to the Y again and using the same machines I used at Lifeline. The Y is right down the street from me. Thank you all for getting me better. Love you guys!! Stephanie

Terrible. Business built to take advantage of the medicaid mill. No response, rude. Unable to contact. Unusual office hours and behavior,. I currently need help with my machine and they never contacted me.

Go here if you have no choice. The intake lady was kinda nice, but not really. She was underpaid and overworked as most of us.

In March, I broke my left ankle and right foot leaving me in a wheelchair for about 2 months. After getting cleared by the doctor to start walking again, I found Lifeline PT - Monroeville. Caitlyn, who is currently in school for PT, oversaw my treatment from the start. I, personally, noticed a huge difference in the progress from the beginning. I was able to meet all my goals: Running Again, Jumping, Regain Mobility/Flexibility ect..The whole PT staff and Denise were amazing and it was great to witness the care that they have for their patients. I am so grateful and appreciative for all the PTs!

Can’t say enough about this place. From Denise, who signs you in to Kaley and all of her staff! I had almost given up hope when I went there, they helped me so much. I feel so much better and I’m breathing a lot better also. They are so kind and compassionate. They really are the best around.

I had a very positive experience with Lifeline Physical Therapy and my therapist Dr. Emily Miskell, to help with my recovery from lung surgery and an extended hospital stay. I recently completed 24 Telehealth sessions of cardio/pulmonary physical therapy with Dr. Emily, and I am greatly improved. When I came home from the hospital, I could barely get up out of a chair and struggled with stairs, but now, I can pretty much do all the things I did before my hospitalization. Dr. Emily is very skilled and understood when my treatment needed tailored to suit my needs. She was encouraging and motivating. I would highly recommend Dr. Emily and Lifeline Physical Therapy.

I am more than halfway through the physical therapy portion of my treatment and I'm very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff.
Dr. Emily is conscientious and friendly. Cienna and Sydney are helpful and cheery. It is almost like a family atmosphere.
Denise at the front desk is also friendly and always willing to help.
Thank you Lifeline!

Recently, I had the honor of using LifeLine Therapy for my cardiac rehabilitation. The people who worked with me helped me return to where I was before my health issue. The teams treated me like a family member, making the clinical process feel more personal. It was very encouraging to have people who cared, motivated and supported me throughout this journey. I want to highlight some of the amazing individuals from the LifeLine Therapy team who made this experience much better than it could have been. From Kaley's leadership and encouragement to Sydney's smile and support and Siena's never-give-up attitude, I know they significantly impacted my overall perspective on the therapy and its outcome. It is wonderful to know that some still take pride in their work, which inspires those they are helping.

I had a very positive experience at Lifeline Physical Therapy to help with my recovery from heart surgery. My therapist, Kaley Booher, was great in developing a plan to enable me to regain strength and endurance so that I could get back to the activities I enjoy. She carefully listened to my goals and was quite creative in giving me exercises. She also was quick to make adjustments in the plan as needed.

I always found the staff friendly and accommodating, and there was plenty of equipment available to meet my needs. I felt comfortable in challenging myself under their watchful eyes as I resumed physical activities after surgery. I would certainly recommend Lifeline Physical Therapy as a professional place with caring staff that are very good at what they do!

I had an excellent experience with Kaley Booher. She is incredibly skilled, kind, and understanding, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and tailor the treatment to my needs. Her compassionate approach made every session comfortable and effective.

The clinic staff are equally fantastic—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The receptionist is warm and welcoming, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

To top it off, the clinic itself is a gem! The space is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a stunning view that adds a calming and therapeutic touch to each visit. I highly recommend Kaley Booher and her team to anyone looking for top-notch care.

Common Questions about Physical Therapy in Monroeville PA

Do I need a prescription for physical therapy in Pennsylvania?
No. Under Pennsylvania’s Direct Access law you can start physical therapy without a doctor’s script for up to 30 days.
Can you verify my insurance and quote the total cost before I start?
Yes. Our front-desk team can confirm your benefits with your insurance and provide you with an estimate.
Is physical therapy painful?
Treatment should challenge you but never create sharp pain. Most people feel mild, workout-style soreness that fades within 24 hours and signals progress. If discomfort spikes, we adjust the program on the spot.
Can physical therapy really help me avoid surgery?
Often, yes. Research shows many chronic knee-pain patients and those with rotator-cuff tears regained full function through PT alone.
