When I fell at work I was sent to Lifeline PT. Chris, the physical therapist, did a fantastic job to help me. He was compassionate, but got done what needed done. The exercises were painful to do, but he always had a funny story to try to get your mind off of the pain. The amount of one on one time working with him was great. I would highly recommend Lifeline PT and the staff!

Lifeline Physical Therapy in Grove City, PA was recommended to me for cardio rehab. I definitely made the right decision to have my rehab there. Chris and Hanna were not only professional but personable as well. They both made me comfortable on my first visit and that never wavered. They are caring and they are knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Lifeline Physical Therapy.

I had 2 physical therapy sessions (cardio & general) in a 3 month period. Chris & Hannah were great getting me back from a heart attack and a slipped vertabrae. I feel so much better after each session, due to their care & knowledge of the workout routines. I would recommend Lifeline Physical Therapy to anyone looking for great care and results !

Chris and Hannah were fantastic during my one-month cardiac rehab after open heart surgery. They were so personable and fun, which made everything easier. Chris explained things clearly, kept me motivated, and did dry needling on my back from a previous surgery. The needling was excellent, helped a ton with my pain, and actually made my cardiac rehab much more effective. Hannah was equally supportive, fun and easy to talk to. Their teamwork made a huge difference—I'm really grateful for both of them. Additionally, the facility was always clean and the equipment was well maintained.
Great PT, went for rehab after ankle surgery and PT Chris did a great job rehabbing and with education on how to get the most out of the recovery. Hannah is so nice and and helpful every time! Recommend 💯 and will go back to this Lifeline for future PT needs

Wonderful PT center. Staff is first class and so helpful. Location is convenient and the scheduling is easy. Highly recommend!
I am so thankful for Dr. Tony, Molly, and Lifeline! After my heart attack, I couldn't find a single place to go for cardiac rehab that could accommodate my work hours. Someone finally recommended Lifeline, and I'm so glad they did! They had two evenings a week that I could attend, and they were wonderful to work with. Dr. Tony patiently got me from struggling to stand up and sit down more than a few times to being able to run again! They were truly my "Lifeline" throughout my recovery.

I was looking for a local therapist to help with cardio rehab. I called and Molly the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful to set up everything from the insurance and scheduling me appointments. I was able to go in early in the mornings and Tony was there giving me sure advice and keeping track of me progress along the way with each week moving my work load up some to help me strengthen my upper body after my surgery.I could not have had better advice from Tony(with proven results I may add) in helping me get much better.Tony was right there with me watching my vitals and keeping a close eye I was ok.This was very comforting to me. I'd highly reccommend Tony and his team to help out with any physical therapy as I'd feel safe to say you'll be in great hands and get great results as I know I did.
Thanks again Tony

Nothing short of a miracle, continued concentrated therapy has me now living “a normal life” for the first time in a long time! Dr. Tony's use of a mixed bag of therapeutic techniques has shown tremendous progress, in a short period of time. Much thanks to his professional, well organized and welcoming staff (Molly and Abby). Highly recommended, I hope to meet you there as I continue my healing journey!

I am thankful for the care I received and highly recommend Lifeline Physical Therapy in Grove City, PA. I was referred by my AGH Pulmonologist for pulmonary rehab for Long Covid. Tony Sacerino Doctor of Physical Therapy developed an individual care plan and worked with me through every session to improve my physical well-being. The compassion and dedication I received was way beyond my expectations.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How much one-on-one time will I actually get with my physical therapist?
At Lifeline Physical Therapy, you’re booked for a full session of direct PT care so the person evaluating you is the same one guiding every exercise
I work late. Do you offer appointments outside 9-to-5?
Yes. Grove City stays open until 6 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays to help accomodate patients that need later appointment times.
Can you file my Pennsylvania workers’-comp claim so I’m not billed?
Yes, state guidelines prohibit billing an injured worker directly. We submit claims to your employer’s carrier and follow the PA fee-schedule rules so you don’t pay out of pocket.
Do I need a referral from my physician?
No. Direct access care in Pennsylvania for physical therapy lets patients seek and receive physical therapy treatment without a referral or prescription from a physician.
What should I bring and wear to my first visit?
Bring your photo ID, insurance card, any physician notes, and a list of current meds. Wear loose-fitting or athletic clothes so the therapist can easily assess and treat the injured area.
