FAQs

Who supervises the program?

Your program is supervised by a Respiratory Therapist and/or a Physical Therapist with specialized training and experience in pulmonary rehabilitation. The therapist can review your compliance and you will have the ability to communicate via text anytime you have a question.

Can I join if I have other health conditions?

Yes. Many of our participants have multiple health conditions. Before starting, a therapist will review your medical history and discuss any limitations ot make sure the program is safe and tailored to your needs.

What happens if I miss a day?

No problem! You will receive three new sessions each week, but you can complete them on your own schedule. If you need to take a longer-term break, we can pause your program and restart it when you’re ready. You’ll also have access to past session if you’d like to revisit or restart them.

Do I need any equipment?

All you need is a smart phone to receive texts and the exercise program.  No special equipment is required.  Our program is designed to be effective and accessible from home.   

Can I speak to someone before signing up?
